CampTrak camp store software is a total ‘point-of-sale’ package. Inventory management, bar-coding, receipt printing, cash drawer connections, and CampTrak camper account integration are key elements of successful camp store software.

A typical camp store scenario using CampTrak Store:

  1. Camper hands your staff an item.

  2. Staff selects camper name from list and verifies.

  3. Bar-code reader scans item and the sale is finalized in the system without the risks associated with hand-written accounting.

Opening and closing day cash/retail sales can be done by accepting cash, checks, and credit cards. Also, inventory management, inter-department sales, staff accounts, and various pricing levels are features that make our software a camp specific solution.

Here is the breakdown: Campers come into the store and give their name, the clerk scans each item and the amount is deducted from the camper's spending money - it doesn't get any easier. Parents come into the store and pay using cash, check, or credit card - no problem. Summer staff come into the store like parents, but they can have a discount. Resident staff come into the store and purchase items with a discount using a staff account, no cash no problem. Program people come into the store and take 10 chocolate bars for smores... "Charge it to program"... no problem. All this and you can check your inventory at the end of the day.
