The CampTrak Camper Messaging system is a very simple tool that allows web site visitors to leave messages for campers.

Allowing your users to send a message to their campers doesn’t have to be an intimidating endeavor. Your staff is provided with the tools to upload camper data to your website and download camper messages. This means that no emails come into your inbox. Just print a report that puts multiple messages to the same camper on one page and groups campers together for easy sorting. Users are required to enter the camper name and birth month before they are allowed to enter a message.

While users are entering messages, if you have implemented Web Photo Galleries, they will see a default picture of their camper’s group with a link to the full gallery for that group.

By allowing parents to send messages to their camper through your website, you can draw them into your site to learn more about adult retreats, giving and volunteer opportunities, etc.

Over 60,000 messages were sent through our survive in the Summer 2002 season! And any email addresses entered online can be captured and downloaded for future communication efforts.
