default/shared information and intuitive data entry logic. Each
user can enter registrations for multiple campers who all have
unique payment and registration information (including multiple
camp choices), while maintaining the relationship with the
user/parent to quickly apply default information where common
data is appropriate. This means that if the user is adding a
second camper the payment info will default to the same as the
first camper, but it can be replaced with distinctive
information.

in the integration with CampTrak and the ‘paper-less’
environment that relieves data entry burdens and bottlenecks.
All information is provided to
the web site through the CampTrak upload function that only
requires a single button click. Next, all information that is
entered by users is retrieved through a single click that
downloads all data into a holding queue for later processing (in
fairness, online registrations don’t have to be accepted before
mail/fax registrations).
Credit cards are not actually
charged online, the data is collected and passed through a
secure connection into CampTrak where it can be processed
if/when the camper is confirmed into a camp.
